Residential Executive

Requirements:-

  • Diploma or degree in Property Management, Estate Management, Building, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in property management, administration or customer services
  • Basic knowledge in book-keeping and credit management would be an advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

Responsibilities:-

  • Implementing work instructions as directed by Residential Manager
  • Reporting to Residential Manager regarding implementation results and feedback
  • General administration and operations which include ensuring all complaints (written or verbal) by non-resident owners and residents are attended to and resolved the same expeditiously; implementing decisions made by JMC/Council. Filing of documents, records, monitoring and administering the assets and its usage and other duties involved in the efficient management and operation
  • Maintenance of up to date accounts and management of collections inclusive of issuance of billings, statement of accounts as per frequency set, collecting and administrating all monies due for payment to Developer/JMB/Management Corporation from individual owners/tenants/defaulters
  • Proper handling and safekeeping of daily collection and petty cash float with integrity
  • Ensuring residents' compliance to established House Rules
  • Assisting Residential Manager in coordinating get-together functions for residents on JMC/Council request
  • Conforming and applying Company Policies, QMS/EMS Procedures and SOP
