Requirements:-

• Vocational school certificate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experience as a handyman
• Possess good knowledge of multi skills or carpentry and how they operate
• Have hands-on experience

Responsibilities:-

• All general carpentry works and other duties assigned
• Masonry works ie. plastering, bricklaying, concreting & tiling
• Painting works
• Rectification of masonry works
• Assisting in plumbing works
• Preliminary defects inspections
• Periodic general inspection of completed buildings
