Administrative Assistant
Requirements:-
- Fresh graduate with Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Property Management or equivalent
- Must be computer literate and self-motivated
- Good command in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good communication skill and telephone etiquette
- Possess own transportation
Responsibilities:-
- Accurate typing of minutes, correspondence, memos and checklist as directed
- Proper filing of all Administrative matters
- Sending, receiving and photocopying/scanning of documents
- Handle office equipment maintenance, e.g. fax, photocopier, shredder, computer, printers, etc
- Ordering, monitoring and distribution of department stationeries
- Tabulation of department staff training analysis
- Prepare data entry for all leave application and leave chart
- Attending to visitors and purchasers when necessary
