Administrative Assistant

Requirements:-

  • Fresh graduate with Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance,  Accounting, Marketing, Property Management or equivalent
  • Must be computer literate and self-motivated
  • Good command in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good communication skill and telephone etiquette
  • Possess own transportation

Responsibilities:-

  • Accurate typing of minutes, correspondence, memos and checklist as directed
  • Proper filing of all Administrative matters
  • Sending, receiving and photocopying/scanning of documents
  • Handle office equipment maintenance, e.g. fax, photocopier, shredder, computer, printers, etc
  • Ordering, monitoring and distribution of department stationeries
  • Tabulation of department staff training analysis
  • Prepare data entry for all leave application and leave chart
