Electrician

Requirements:-

• Possess A4 Chargeman Certificate
• Minimum 2 years working experience as a electrician
• Possess good knowledge of electrical/electronics systems and how they operate
• Have hands-on experience, able to perform repair the faulty circuit and wiring

Responsibilities:-

• Servicing and repairing all M&E installations at site
• Routine checking and servicing of generator's alternator, switchboards and LV switch room
• Ensuring the electrical systems, control circuits, MATV, security alarm, CCTV, car park barrier gate system, fire alarm system, all the pumps control, card access system, etc and common area lightings are in proper working condition
• Ensuring the planned and preventive maintenance of all M&E installations are carried out promptly
• Answering electrical service calls from unit owners/tenants upon Building Manager/Building Executive confirmation of appointment
• Supervising the electrical works carried out by contractors
• Ensuring the QMS checklists are in placed and updated accordingly

Plumber

Requirements:-

• Possess plumbing certificate or vocational school certificate in mechanical system or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experience in plumbing works
• Good knowledge of mechanical/hydraulic systems and how they operate
• Have hands-on experience, able to perform repair on the faulty plumbing, sewerage piping, and swimming pool system

Responsibilities:-

• Monitoring of sewerage and septic tanks at sites
• Routine maintenance of water tank, pressure tank, calibrator, drain & sumps, swimming pool, fire fighting system and any related plumbing works 
• Ensuring all planned and preventive maintenance works are carried out on promptly
• Supervising plumbing works carried out by contractors
• Repairing leaks all sorts of piping system (water supply, sewerage, rain water, distribution piping, etc)
• Clearing or repair clogged pipes
• Answering plumbing service calls from unit owners/tenants upon Building Manager/Building Executive confirmation of appointment
• Ensuring all QMS checklists are in placed and updated accordingly servicing and repairing all M&E installations at site
