Requirements:-

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year working experience in car park management
• Speaks simple English and Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities:-

• Attend to the day-to-day car park activities at respective sites and ensure smooth running of the operation
• Monitor closely the car park system and CCTV at all times to ensure smooth operation of the car park
• Conduct daily patrolling at respective sites including clocking
• Attend to daily activities such as refill coins into the drum, change Hopper, Note Safe, Coin Safe, Note Dispenser at the Auto pay station
• Attend to issues relating to overpaid, lost tickets and unreadable tickets
• Conduct daily walk-about to check on the car park cleanliness and lightings and submit report to Car park Management
• Monitor and coordinate with cleaning and security contractors on their service performance
• Standby daily at Open Car Park to ensure only authorized users are using the car park
• Standby daily at the Courtyard to attend to any pass card issue encountered by the Season parking users
• Bank-in daily cash collection
• Assist MKBC in changing lights, set-up and other when required
